1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the Amazon Seller BI platform, website, or associated analytics services (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, partnership, or other legal entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.
If you do not agree with any portion of these Terms, you must immediately refrain from accessing or using the Service.
2. Description of the Service
Amazon Seller BI is an independent Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business intelligence platform providing financial modeling, order aggregation, fee reconciliation, advertising analytics, and profitability calculations for Amazon marketplace sellers.
The Service is provided for operational insights and management guidance and does not constitute formal tax, legal, certified public accounting (CPA), or investment advice.
3. Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) Integration & Compliance
To utilize analytics features, you may connect your Amazon Seller Central account via official Amazon Selling Partner API OAuth authorization. By connecting your account, you represent and warrant that:
- You are the authorized account owner or have explicit organizational permission to grant SP-API read permissions.
- Your use of Amazon Seller Central and the Selling Partner API complies with all applicable Amazon policies, terms, and guidelines.
- You acknowledge that Amazon Seller BI is an independent tool and is not responsible for Amazon API outages, rate-limit constraints, or changes to Amazon fee schedules.
4. User Accounts & Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding your workspace credentials, passwords, and multi-factor authentication devices. You agree to notify us immediately at jmtrends13@gmail.com upon discovering any unauthorized use or security vulnerability relating to your account.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or derive source code from the platform.
- Use automated scrapers, bots, or extraction scripts to access platform interfaces outside authorized APIs.
- Attempt to bypass multi-tenant isolation, tamper with system security, or probe vulnerability endpoints.
- Upload malicious code, corrupted payloads, or execute denial-of-service attempts.
- Resell, sublicense, or rent the platform to third parties without prior written agreement.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Amazon Seller BI and its original software architecture, user interfaces, branding, graphics, algorithms, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Amazon Seller BI and its licensors.
You retain all ownership rights to your proprietary business data, unit cost inputs, and seller operational metrics. You grant us only the limited license necessary to process, calculate, and display this data to you within the Service.
7. Third-Party Trademarks & Amazon Disclaimer
Disclaimer: Amazon Seller BI is an independent software application and is not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, certified by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or any of its affiliates. Amazon, Amazon Seller Central, Selling Partner API, and all related marks and logos are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.
8. Warranty Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, COMPLETELY ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF DELAYS CAUSED BY THIRD-PARTY AMAZON APIS.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AMAZON SELLER BI, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR INVENTORY EXPENSES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
10. Termination & Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your workspace access immediately if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in conduct that jeopardizes platform integrity. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction governing the operational entity, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts having jurisdiction.
